Delivery & Project Timeline
At Ichi E, every piece is a unique architectural interpretation of your memory. Because our products are meticulously designed and custom-crafted, our fulfillment process is structured as a design project rather than standard retail shipping.
1. Design & Blueprinting Phase: Once you place a commission and submit your reference photo, our studio will begin translating your memory into a structural line drawing.
- You will receive a digital proof (Blueprint) via email within 2-3 business days.
- Please note: The overall timeline depends on how quickly you approve the design. Production will only begin once we receive your final approval.
2. Construction & Dispatch: Upon your approval of the digital draft, your design moves into the construction phase (laser engraving and material finishing).
- Please allow 2-4 business days for production and quality check before the item is dispatched from our London studio.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: > All orders are carefully packed in our signature "Architect’s Kit" structural packaging to ensure safe transit... Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
· UK Domestic Standard: Estimated 2-3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Price calculated at checkout)
· UK Domestic Express: Estimated 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Price calculated at checkout)
· International Shipping: We are currently focusing on our UK launch and do not offer international shipping at this moment. We hope to build memories globally soon.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: As we currently only ship within the UK, international customs and duties do not apply.
5. Damages and Issues: We engineer our packaging to withstand the journey. However, if your architectural object arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ian@ichi-e.uk with clear photos of the damaged item and the structural packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
