Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Ichi E Ltd. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights to return products and receive a refund under UK consumer law.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for: 
- Custom or personalised items 
- Items marked as final sale 
unless they are faulty or damaged

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at ian@ichi-e.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless it is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at ian@ichi-e.uk.
